I have a gelding that is calling my place home i believe he is an Aussie pony...

The question is as he is branded do the Aussies have a brand registery that I could follow up some history.

I will take a pic of his brand in the next day or two and post it to see if anyone recognises it.

I owned Windsong The Real Mcoy. Perlino Pinto Australian Stallion. Tapu Frieze Frame (Tapu Kid Mcoy EXP/EIMP) x Windsong Marquis. Just had the most wonderful nature, very smoochie boy. Much rather come and play with people than play with his girls - he was a stallion.
Sadly pts last week at the age of 4yo. Sad

Would love another of his breeding. I'll be back in touch with Windsong. Smile

i just got this preety girl, i am not 100% sure of her breeding but i Think she is an Aus riding pony.
she has an 8 over 0 and also a T in a circle see the below picture.

dose anyone know anything about this brand??? id love to find her papers, also i think she was a broodmare.......

Pink nose ponies, hair and all he still looks cute!!
My boy may look good but he still has his little quirks, gets really nervous around strange people, iv always presumed he has had a rough 2 years growing up with previous owner. He is definetly a mummys boy!!its taken me 18months to be able to ride him, spending a lot of time on ground work.

Thanks CCBud. Prime is now broken to saddle and being educated for the Newcomer events in the Show Hunter classes.
Elegance is now also broken to saddle and is advertised in May HD. If not sold she also will do all Newcomer events.

This is my Australian Pony "Chick".

She is approx 13.2hh and 24 years old. She is the kindest, most gentle pony I've ever come across. She was given to me with all her gear and 30 bales of hay off a work colleague of my mum's. She has done stock work/games/PC/dressage/trail riding, but has never been much of a jumper.

She loves to go for a nice slow ride around the farm, and also loves to round up the sheep - I just sit there and she does everything!

I will have to come back here in the next couple of days with a photo of my daughter's new pony "Lakevale Cedric". He is an Australian pony too and also has an exceptional temperament. I always loved watching my friends Aussie ponies jump and doing games and wanted one myself- well- finally and only by chance here we have one nearly 30years later LOL Laughing

. This fellow isnt going to break showing records- but looks like he will be a great sports pony!

Nah- not especially cos he lives under a combo rug- but he was born chestnut and is turning grey (3yo now) so is sort of roan coloured in places I guess. Not helped by the rain when the pic was taken on Sat!

Well I have two Aussie mares. Doncasvan Georgia and Doncasvan Gemma. Georgia & Gem have the same sire as Doncasvan Prime.
I competed on Georgia last season and hope to do the newcomers with Gemma this season.

Funny. I've got an Aussie, well he's on free lease at the moment.
He does showing and he's a complete SOOK!!!!! I tried pony club but he couldn't stand it. He wasn't the best pony on earth but I guess he was..... well a bit of an up himself so 'n' so.

Now he's a lot better because he wen to my instructors place for a while to get 'tuned up'. yeah he was there for nearly 2 years getting 'tuned up'. But I gotta admit he's great in the show ring!

He's very happy with his temperary owners because they're stabling him and he LOVES to be stabled!!!

here is a pic of my Australian pony stallion Kylandee Prince Charming. we have just started breeding australian ponies. We have actually competed against Palm Park Royal Aclaim under saddle a few times!!

i love the australian ponies and am hoping to breed some older style australian ponies with the bone and substance using prince. i also have a small broodmare band consisting of a Melac bred mare two fairlight acre bred mares and a barolin bred mare.

Boss is amazing i love him!!! Is he still a stallion and do you breed with him???

yea his child rider is a very lucky person to own a lovley pony like Palm Park Royal Aclaim!!! prince competed against aclaim at the National APSB show and Aclaim won the Champion ridden and prince and i got reserve than we competed at the vic apsb show and we won the champion over aclaim lol it all depended on the judge!! prince is more of a older type australian pony where as aclaim is a lovley quality finer open pony type. different judges like different types!! we have a few galloway mares we hope to put in foal to prince to get some lovly galloways cant wait to see what he can produce for the galloway ring. do you have a website??
