My mum has made me very good with my English, I study it very hard. My grammer is far from perfect, I still make mistakes but I try not to.

To me it sounds as if you instructor planned this whole thing out. Talked you into buying a unbroken horse that she had an eye for, waiting for you to get a fright and offer to buy the horse for a lower price.
Next time you are planning at looking at a horse, go for something with experience. nothing YOUNG. Especially if it is your first horse! I don't think you quite realise what the potential outcome could be. You could completely shatter you confidence or end up in a hospital bed. 7 months of riding is NOT long enough to carry the knowledge of breaking in a horse. I'm 14yo and I have been riding since I was 10! (7yo before I started going to PC and getting lessons) and I am no where near ready to break in a horse. I would steer clear of this 'instructor', she doesn't sound very trust worthy. When looking for another horse if it comes to this, take a friend's parent who has experience and know's what you level is. Take her to look at the horses along with your parents, they could use a few knowledge lessons about horses too, and get her to show you what to look for and when to say no.
I would ask the owner to take the horse back or sell it. If you send it to a trainer its going to take a while and a lot of money to get it trained. What are you planning to do when you get it back? You can't do much jumping because of its fragile legs at this age, and you are going to have trouble rides. It will take years before the horse learns to accept the ride.
If I were you, sell it and buy a safe, reliable, quiet (over 7yo) Pony. It will properly cost just as much to buy another horse as it is to break one in professionally.

I had a friend's mum look at him today and she thinks he's older then 5. She thinks he's in his teens, she said there was something weird with his teeth.
I also rode him again when she was with me and I walked him everywhere around my house and he did nothing wrong
I'm trying to tell mum to let me keep him! He is so good

If this is a real situation, you need to get a vet to check him, because it sounds incredibly dodgy

It depends on the vet, contact your local equine vet and ask them.

oh my ****ing gosh! why do people keep saying i'm lying? why the hell would i lie about this? seriously?
i just wanted to share the news that i got my first horse! like everyone else did!
I'm keeping him, mum called the old owner back and said we're keeping him. And then mum found out they only had him for 2 months! They apparently got him for a sale yard!
I'm not letting this horse go, he's proved himself today. The instructor isnt getting him either, i told her i'm not having lessons with her anymore. I'm just going to learn on Thuns and I don't care what anyone else says!
Why am I having to explain myself? no one else gets the **** i got.
I thought some horse people would share the happiness i felt. you made me doubt this horse! but i will prove you all wrong!

We are trying to help you stay safe!
I know we've been PMing and you think you're capable to handle him but what if you're just lucky he's nice enough to let you walk around on him? What about when you try to trot? What if you get seriously hurt?
Think about it Rose, and remember what I told you, if this isn't fake, and it's real, and you ever want advice.. I'm here to help xx

*picks jaw up off floor*
so im going to take it for granted that the OP is serious about her situation, because, believe it or not, i know some people wanting to buy their young daughters a pony, and none of them (parents and kids) have ever even ridden one, so mum volunteered me to help If you really want to keep the horse, you need to get it checked by a vet and have all other appropriate care done for the horse and, you will eventually need to send it to a trainer, or have one come and look at it, to see if it is in fact broken in. Justbecause it lets you walk around, doesnt mean its broken in. Please stop riding it until you get some professional advice
You never get the pleasure of owning a horse, you only have the pleasure of being its slave.

I think that you are being a little selfish and I probably would have been the same at your age but you need to stop thinking about how much you want a horse and start thinking about the living breathing animal in the middle of this who you claim to love.
Thunder didn't ask for you to buy him and he doesn't care how much you love him. He cares about being free from hunger, thirst, pain and the elements. You, as a responable teenager, need to step back and say "I'm not really ready for this horse, it's in his best interests to go either back to his old owners or to a professonal breakers."
Yeah, it's not very nice for you, to have a horse then loose it after so many years of waiting but part of being a good horsewoman is putting the horse's needs above your own desires.

Going through the OPs other post in the JMC and they called someone a troll yet come on here saying "whats a troll?" and "I dont see the problem" is just a load of s***
So please show us a some pictures of you and Thunder, otherwise youve wasted alot of time from the people trying to help you!
The horse through all its trials has preserved the sweetness of paradise in its blood.

Sorry Jose, but it was at your expense, at least you're real! and you successfully kept the JMC entertained for at least 12 months - AND still have a good sense of humour!
It it a teeny, tiny bit funny though, that all of these lovely people are taking time out to helpo this idiot, when a quick look at the past posts will point out beyone reasonable doubt that this person is a T.R.O.L.L... and, you've been suckered
