Congrats EF, I remember being told there was no difference in changing one or two, so you might as well get them over with...I just didn't listen!
My midget had his weigh in yesterday arvo... I think he is going to be a jockey... I challenge anyone to have a litter 2 yo....
83cm tall, 50cm head and a measly 9.8kg at 24months! I was so so sure he had made 10kg (the average baby gets to 10 kg at 10 months) so I was a little sad we hadn't made it... He has only gained 50gm in 11 weeks, so back for another weigh in in 8 weeks time.
Hw big are everyones kids and how old are they?

Havnt had Cohan weighed since 6 months - he was 8.4kg..
Chucked him on the scales a couple of days ago - 10 months 3 weeks and he was 11 kg .. my backs killing me from lugging him around!
|
wait until your carring him around ready to pop!!! thats fun! Elizabeth didnt start walking until i was 9 months preg with Thomas, she was 13 months.
mine are both getting wt next week, should be interesting. I think Thomas is going to be tall for age, he is already in 00 body suits for length even though they hang off him everywhere else! standing him up against Elizabeth he is up to her sholders!... i think Elizabeth will take after me and have ducks disease and Thomas after Steves side!
i cant believe how well the twins look! after all the stress of the start of thier little lives a holiday is what you all need!

Audrey turns 2 on the 1st so she is just over 23 months and still a shorty wearing size 1 pants or 2's rolled up! I chucked her on the dog scales at the vet last week and she was 12.89kg couldn't get the measuring stick on her though it doesn't go that small
|
Mitchell beats her too- he still wears size 0 pants, size 1's are too long, and size 1 t shirts, 2's are swimming....
I can't believe how tiny he is he really should have been a tiny little dainty girl

Wil who is 7 weeks old weighed 5.28kg at 5 weeks, 56cm length, head 39cm. He is feeding like a trooper!
Lily at her 18month appt was 12.2kg, 85cm tall and head 48.2cm, she has since grown 10cm in height and she is 21months old. She is very tall! Havent weighed her yet.
Now for a rant centrelink how annoying are they. I have just spent 25 minutes waiting (whilst enjoying some light VH reading ) can they get anything right?

Hi girls,
Our little boy was born last Monday - I wouldn't advise anyone to drive themselves an hour to the hospital once their waters have broken, it is rather difficult to concentrate while having contractions!! Anyway, we got to the hospital with just over 2 hours till he was born - no sitting around knitting and waiting thats for sure!!
After having a bit of a battle about the feeding part of it we're both going really well. That well that his Aunty visited today so I could have a ride on the pony and managed to do some trot Oh what a joy it is to have the faithful pony who you can rely on to behave and look after you - can't wait till baby Sam can have his first sit on him!
Congratulations to the other new baby's, and enjoy the journey for those who are new to the road trip of pregnancy!!

| Blacky wrote on Sun, 24 July 2011 09:15 | Amanda, Have you tried Hydrozole it's an anti fungal cream. I'm pretty sure you can get it over the counter at the chemist. Once it's cleared up use Bepanthen or similar to stop it coming back.
|
I've tried hydeozole and it minimized it a little, tried cortic DS Ointment and now using daktozin. Bella has free nappy time at home for a couple of hours and I've stopped using baby wipes and using water to wash her off and patting dry. She had no nappy rash in the past until she started teething and I used sudocream or bepanthen at every nappy change prior to the rash appearing.
I'm starting to think I should change to cloth nappies and see if that works.

| Blacky wrote on Sun, 24 July 2011 12:53 | The hydrozole worked really well for my daughter. I think it took a few days to clear up and I had to use it 3 times a day. If that didn't work I'm not sure what would.
Good luck with going back to work. I'm forced to take 20 weeks off otherwise I'll lose the PPL I think working is easier than looking after a 3 year old and a newborn. I can't wait for the warm weather I'm sick of the rain.
|
I second that about a toddler and newborn. Lily has coped well with Wil but is really getting into the 2yr old tantrums. Oh the joys, not sure how to manage them but trying to figure it out. Any suggestions.
I am also looking forward to the warmer weather and we have more freedom outside. Daylight savings too then l hope to be out riding!!!
