I love my professionals choice saddle pads but I don't want fo fork out over $400 to buy another one locally. So, I'm going to be a hypocrite (see another post of mine) and find a US site that will sell to Australia. Some won't as they will only deal with theirvAust distributor.

Do you have any recommendations?

Hi Groveburger,

I buy mine off US eBay, The Black Yak is also good but slow shipping I hear from 2 friends.
I bought one off eBay and I got it in a week Smile

Price I recently got one for was $165 shipped and that was a more exy Orthosport one! Very Happy

There are quite a few you could use, depending on which stock the exact pad you want:

KO Trading

Pards

The Black Yak

Just a few mentioned there....Loubar also ordered one recently from an eBay seller in the US although I don't know who!

I just recently purchased a new Prof Choice pad - the orthosport pad which retails here at well over $300.....got it from The Black Yak for US $130 plus postage which was around US $50 for the pad plus a set of four Prof Choice boots. Took a few weeks to arrive but was well worth the savings. I found The Black Yak was cheaper than KO & Pards for postage.

ETA: Did you get the same one as me in the end? The one with the extra padding behind the wither and the contoured shape? Kept that purchase quiet!!! Laughing

I was trying to keep my addiction quiet... Embarassed

It's not the same as yours it's a blue and green stripey one. End of line colour probably, but I really wanted the Orthosport as Rajah has the biggest shoulders ever! Rolls Eyes

The seller I got that off is called tackdeals. Cheap priority shipping only US$45

I also bought off this seller.

Sorry Myradar!!! I only discovered it recently myself, but was blown away by the prices and the added bonus that the postage was so much cheaper than some other US sites!

Downside is, it did take longer to get here, but if you're not in a rush then it's well worth it for the savings made, especially on bulky items like saddle pads! I bought a four pack of Prof Choice Ventech Elite boots plus the Orthosport saddle pad.....combined retail price over here would have been anywhere between $600 - $700, I paid around $300, perhaps a little more, including postage from the States!!

I find for smaller items KO Trading is great - I buy my bits from there, they have a huge range of quality bits and the postage isn't bad for those smaller items and they do ship pretty quick!

Happy shopping everyone!! Very Happy

I must admit I didn't really browse much....I knew exactly what I was after so got in, ordered what I needed, and got out again before I could be tempted into buying anything else!!

You've got me intrigued now though.....might have to pop back in for a peek!!

Bling Christian Bible covers.... Enough said! Laughing

Whatever floats ya boat! Laughing

KO trading is cheaper but their post is a lot more expensive the black yak.

I'm still waiting for a package from 3 weeks ago so they aren't any quicker than black yak. eBay sellers have been quickest to ship

Thanks for the heads up I'm off to The balck yak now.......

I bought from the Black Yak once. It took over 6 weeks to arrive and I was beside myself and thought I'd done my dough.

Eventually arrived but not until I sent emails saying I was going to have to lodge an Ebay complaint.
