Jazz is a stunning 15.2 brown mare with two hind white socks and a blaze. She is rising 6. I bought her when she was rising 4 (and I was 7 months pregnant), however once I had my baby (second child) I realised that I didn't have the time required for a young horse. I didn't want to part with her then so decided to lease her out- I leased her out last year to a girl who has done a bit of everything with her- dressage, adult riding, trail riding, eventing (level 3 and 4).
In the meantime, I got the ride on a 21 yr old schoolmaster whom I am just loving- he is a pull out of the paddock once a week type of horse who doesn't need the work that a young horse requires (suits me with two kids under 4)!
So I have made the heartbreaking (but realistic) decision to offer Jazz for sale so that when I move on from the schoolmaster, I can buy another schoolmaster to continue on with (at least until both my girls are at school).
To be able to afford another horse, I have to sell Jazz, and unfortunately the girl who was leasing her is saving for a house and can't afford to buy her, so she is coming back to me.
A bit about Jazz:
She is generally quiet but is still a YOUNG HORSE so DEFINATELY NOT FOR A BEGINNER. I will only sell her to someone who is experienced with young horses, and who has the time to put into her what she deserves. She has nice movement, and established paces on the flat, however can get a bit spooky when in season.
She will have a pigroot if asked to do something she doesn't want to do (rare and mostly when she is in season)...but I want to be as honest as possible so that the right home is found because she really will make someone with experience a great horse (and a great broodmare down the track too). Her grandsire is Flying High (WB Showjumping Champion).
I will be getting some video footage of my instructor riding her to show her true potential (more than what I could bring out in her lol)
She is great to float, I have never clipped her but I imagine she would be fine. Hard but necessary sale, please no beginners, inexperienced riders etc she is not that type of horse.
I want her to go to someone with experience in educating young horses, and someone who understands mares.
$4000neg or lease to the right home (with contract)as she is just wasting in the paddock

Bumping...regrettably. I've been putting off bumping up my add cause I am loving having her back home.. rode the other night on the road (friend and I were too busy gasbagging that it ended uo being pitch black as we turned for home lol) but jazz behaved very well (especially when the "old trusty" horse of my friends was jogging and being silly lol jazz didn't care less. Ahh I wish I had a full time nanny so I coukd ride more

Bump to advise will consider lease to the right rider- I am lucky to be riding her once a week at the moment if that, and its just a shame for her to be wasting in the paddock
Some more info:
I would describe her level of education as green- paces are established however, she still is green eg:
can fall out through the shoulder on a circle (straightness needs work), can show resistance into the upward transitions, can break out of the canter if not forward enough etc, just all baby stuff that will improve with consistent work, I just dont have the time unfortunately.
Feel free to ask any more questions via pm or phone.
Thanks
