Looking for a rental on the Mornington Peninsula with acreage. Both of us work full time with a posetive rental history, bond repaid in full, rent paid in full and on time. References available on request. We can do property maintenance and care for animals kept on the property also. Looking for atleast 2 acres...

No special requirements I don't care if it basically a shack haha I just want my horses at home lol uum probably $350 a week budget but it all depends on what's on offer...

Good luck looking for acerage property to rent on the Mornington Peninsula, your budget of $350 per week will sadly only get you a nice family home.

We just sold our home in Rosebud and tossed up renting acerage in the area for a while but the only two that came up in the 6 months we looked were between $550 - $700 per week which is an obscene amount of money so we have gone and bought acerage in Gippsland.

Unfortunately, that's pretty much all that is available, and worst of all is that depending on where you want to rent, $350 might not even get you a 'nice' family home.
